On Friday, the world misplaced a legend in Stephen Sondheim, who died on the age of 91 in his Roxbury, Connecticut dwelling. Sondheim was an all-time nice lyricist and composer, who was well-known for his prolific work in theatre for musicals equivalent to West Aspect Story, Into the Woods and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Avenue. Following the loss, it was immediately clear how a lot he touched the lives of so many within the Broadway and Hollywood neighborhood, as lots of them took time to pay tribute to his life and profession.

Stephen Sondheim’s profession actually received going within the late 50s when his first musical to hit Broadway, West Aspect Story, opened when he was simply 27. Since then, Sondheim composed a ton extra musicals that proceed to be revived and tailored to today, and can accomplish that for many years and a long time to return.
